Making Friends With Change

The Sun has just sailed into expansive Sagittarius igniting the holiday season. Sagittarius shifts us from our personal issues in Scorpio to the bigger picture. We are here for a purpose and we all in this together. Everything is energy. I am energy. You are energy. Even quantum physics has proven that all matter is energy. Your astrology maps your energy patterns in motion. In other words, the energy you have to work with to create your life and magnetize what you want. Your Higher Self chooses your astrology before birth for your life lessons and your greatest opportunities for growth. If you feel that your life is dire now, perhaps it is time to make friends with change. If you have mostly identified with your work, title, status, money, marriage and these things are being transformed. It is not the end of the world. The universe is nudging you into a new direction. Your Higher Self will do what is appropriate to accelerate your soul evolution. This means getting you to your next step, your next best place, a better relationship or how about some single time to build up Self? These dramatic shifts and changes taking place for us all are providing new opportunities to reinvent Self, our lives and working with passion. Sagittarius is one of my most cherished energies. It stands for expansion of consciousness; (expanding us through challenges not shrinking), spirituality, travel by plane or spirit, higher education and beliefs (which for many are shifting). Sagittarius moves us out of the mundane ego, judgmental behavior, and control games; lifting us to the realization that we are all connected and co-creating with Source hourly. Sagittarius gives us hope and inspiration that we have the power to change our lives for the better. My desire as a coach and astrologer is always to empower people to evolve to a better life. If we get stuck in a job or relationship that is not good for us; it will not reflect our authentic Self, the essence of who we really are. Yet some folks will choose to stay stuck for a false sense of security or lack of Self-confidence. If this happens and you do not take action to change your circumstances; then your soul will conspire subconsciously to set up the conditions that get you laid off, or go out of business, and/or end that bad relationship. It is still you in charge of your life, orchestrating these events behind the scenes so to speak. You are just not consciously aware that you had manifested the abrupt endings. In doing so you liberated yourself from your limited circumstances. Halleluiah!

In truth, your inner structure as a human being is being changed to the core. And it is this profound insecurity of such a transformation that is making you hold on to the past so furiously. Make friends with change. Your life will flow much easier and smoother if you let go of what is ending and embrace what is beginning. Stop taking yourself soooo seriously. Don’t blame others or play the victim there is no power in that behavior. Own the problem and then seek out a solution. Own it then fix it. What changes can you make today to improve your situation? What if your future is actually better than your life today? A life based on purpose, love, connection, authenticity, spirituality, and passion. Practice allowing not resisting, in this way, all of these things that the Universe knows that you want make their way to you and appear in perfect timing.
